Quinn was born and raised in the Lehigh Valley area of Pennsylvania. He earned his undergraduate and graduate degrees from Niagara University before starting law school in Harrisburg, PA. Quinn graduated from Widener Commonwealth Law School and was a member of the Trial Advocacy Team.

Quinn lives on James Island with his fiancé. Outside of the office, Quinn enjoys spending time at the beach, running, and playing pickleball. Otherwise, he can be found searching for Charleston’s best chicken wings and cheering on his favorite sports team, the Buffalo Bills.
