Patrick Sarsfield is an associate attorney at Miller, Dawson, Sigal and Ward where he practices general civil litigation involving serious personal injury. Prior to joining the firm, Patrick worked as an Assistant Solicitor in the Sixteenth Circuit Solicitor’s Office, where he prosecuted both misdemeanors and felonies. He was responsible for a full case load and has experience prosecuting DUIs, Assault and Battery, Drug Crimes, Financial Crimes, Burglary, and other property crimes.
Patrick earned his undergraduate degree at the University of San Francisco and went on to earn his law degree from Charleston School of Law. Prior to law school, Patrick served in the United States Army as an infantryman.
Patrick lives in West Ashley with his two dogs, Toby and Jim. When he is not in the office, he enjoys exploring the Charleston area on his motorcycle.
