Ashley K. Dixon graduated from North Carolina State University with a degree in Psychology and went on to law school at the University of South Carolina. After graduating with a Juris Doctorate, she began her legal career clerking for The Honorable Steven H. John. Following her clerkship, Ashley began working in insurance defense in 2016.
Ashley represented employers and insurance companies in workers’ compensation claims throughout the state of South Carolina for nine years. This provides her with the unique perspective to evaluate your case from both sides, and to know the insurance carrier’s next step before it’s made. Ashley knows how to help injured workers walk through every step of their case and is honored to assist them at what she knows to be one of the toughest times in their lives. She understands that a work injury is more than just a physical injury and impacts every area of an injured workers’ life, from their finances, to their mental health, to their family. She is understanding, tenacious, and passionately fights for her client’s rights.
Ashley lives in Columbia with her husband, daughter, and two “mostly” dachshund rescues. When she is not in the office, she enjoys reading, cooking, collecting novelty handbags, and spending time with her family and friends.
