Brandon is a founding member of Miller, Dawson, Sigal and Ward Injury Attorneys where he practices general civil litigation including workers’ compensation, automobile accidents and serious personal injuries. He has successfully tried numerous claims in front of the Workers’ Compensation Commission and has a true passion for advocating for injured workers. Over his career, Brandon has helped his clients recover millions of dollars for injuries sustained at the hands of others which has led to him being selected for inclusion in the South Carolina Super Lawyers Rising Stars list the last four years (2019-2022) – selection process detail.
Brandon is a Charleston native and proud alumni of the Porter-Gaud School. He graduated from Clemson University with a degree in Finance and Accounting and then returned home to attend the Charleston School of Law where he graduated in the top 10% of his class while serving on Law Review and Moot Court. He has spent the last decade fighting insurance companies on behalf of injury victims and helping his clients navigate the often confusing process that entails after being hurt. Brandon is passionate about advocating for his clients and understands the difficulties faced by injured individuals.
He is married to his beautiful wife, Jessica, who is a real estate attorney and budding artist. Jessica and Brandon enjoy spending time with their children, boating, beaching, traveling the world and Clemson sports.
