A Pennsylvania native, Fiona earned dual bachelor’s degrees in Criminology and German Language from the University of South Carolina before attending the University of South Carolina School of Law. During law school, she was a member of three trial advocacy teams that competed nationally and served as officer of the Mock Trial Bar. Additionally, she served as the Associate Symposium Editor of the South Carolina Journal of International Law and Business.
Prior to joining MDSW, Fiona practiced as a civil defense attorney, collaborating closely with major insurance carriers and corporations. This invaluable experience provides her with a unique perspective and strategic advantage in personal injury cases. Having seen the inner workings of defense tactics and negotiation strategies from both sides, she is able to anticipate opposing counsel’s moves and craft persuasive arguments that resonate with judges and juries alike.
Now, Fiona has the privilege of advocating on behalf of personal injury clients, where her passion for zealous representation drives her to fiercely protect their rights and seek the justice they deserve.
Outside of her legal practice, Fiona enjoys spending time with her friends and family, traveling, and cheering on her beloved Gamecocks.
