Born and raised in Berkeley County, Hayden Grooms, is proud to serve the community he has always called home.
After earning his law degree from the University of South Carolina School of Law, Hayden returned to the Lowcountry to begin his legal career. He initially represented defendants in personal injury cases, gaining invaluable insight into how insurance companies and defense attorneys approach claims. While practicing on the defense side of litigation, Hayden tried several cases to verdict with consistently favorable results. That experience ultimately revealed his true passion for standing up for injured individuals rather than defending corporations, leading him to discover his true calling—advocating for injured individuals and their families on the plaintiffs’ side.
Today, Hayden dedicates his practice to helping clients navigate some of the most challenging moments of their lives with compassion, diligence, and deep local knowledge. He is committed to securing meaningful results that not only address his clients’ immediate needs, but also help them move forward with confidence and peace of mind after an injury.
Outside the office, Hayden enjoys spending time with his wife, their two dogs—Nilla and McNugget—and their young son, Bruce. A graduate of Clemson University, Hayden remains an avid Tiger fan and can often be found back in Clemson on fall weekends for football games or on the golf course with friends.
