Joni Zavolta is an attorney at Miller, Dawson, Sigal, and Ward where she handles workers compensation claims and personal injury cases including motor vehicle collisions, premise liability, and general tort claims.
Joni is a West Virginia native where she attended West Virginia University obtaining a degree in Criminology and Communications. After college, Joni fell in love with the city of Charleston where she attended the Charleston School of Law. She decided to make the Lowcountry her permanent home after a short few months of living here. In law school, Joni received a CALI Excellence for the Future Award for Family Law and was a member of Maritime Law Society and Alliance for Equality.
When Joni is not advocating for her clients, she enjoys relaxing with her friends and family, and teaching workout classes at a local spin studio in Charleston.
