Tyler Vaccarella is an associate attorney at The Thumbs Up Guys where he handles personal injury cases, including automobile accidents, premises liability and general tort claims.
Prior to joining the firm, Tyler practiced corporate law where he advised clients on business matters and restructuring of corporate entities. He also practiced insurance defense where he represented numerous insurance companies in defense of automobile accidents and premises liability cases.
Tyler is originally from Ohio and attended The Ohio State University. After undergrad, Tyler moved to Charleston where he attended Charleston School of Law. While in law school, Tyler was a Legal Research and Writing Fellow, a member of the Resolved Law Review, an active member of Phi Delta Phi, and an SBA Supreme Court Justice. He also received a CALI Excellence Award for Sports Law.
When Tyler is not practicing law, he enjoys spending time with family and friends and trying new restaurants in Charleston.
